16 of the 43 African heads of state will show up. This has to be a huge disappointment for Russia who tried to bill this as the Russian Davos.
Even African nations are distancing themselves from white hot Russia.

Investors are on edge. If the wheat market is this sensitive to one attack, investors should remain wary of other nations increased involvement in global conflict.
