Real Estate Predictions Updated

Existing home sales decreased in April. All four regions showed a decline. That is according to National Association of Realtors.

Buyers remain wary of the following factors: volatile mortgage rates, high home prices, a potential recession and stubborn inflation. Buyers continue to question whether mortgage rates will go down. They also wonder whether home prices will eventually drop to coincide with other uncertainties. That story is here. 

BB has long recognized real estate as a fantastic hedge option. But, if a recession is looming, strategic gold holdings are smart.
